Paraphrasing a few of Mike Dooley's comments in Carol Look's interview:

There is one truth: You create by your thoughts. There are many paths, as many as there are people, but only one truth. You are creator. Nobody can keep you from your creating. Ultimate Secret: All manifestations including the very first one occur in the reverse order from what our senses show us. Thoughts force circumstances. The end, the thought, forces the circumstances that will yield the manifestation.

How to clarify what we want: Decide upon the general area of your life you would like to see changes. Don't think of any details -- those are consequences from these thoughts. Think in emotional terms like happiness, peace, tolerance - they are purely you, no legs in the material world -- you are not limiting the Universe by choosing the feeling. The furthest you should go in deciding is five general categories -- health, abundance, relationships, livlihood, and physical appearance (I think -- may not have written these down correctly). Think of it like: I want even more, even better or I am now surrounded by whatever it is you desire (friends, laughter, health and harmony).

Whenever the unexpected lands in our path that we have not thought about, it is always a steppingstone in a journey that we have thought about.

We are in control of the end point, but not the direction. So we get stuck because we try to micromanage the "how."

The power to have it all comes from the ability to dwell from, not upon, the space you wish to inherit. Occupy it now. Be there now. Make your decisions from it now. Be that person of your dreams now to any degree that you can. This is what creates a reality.
