Abraham-Hicks and Suzanne: This moment is for something that feels good

Mining the moment for something that feels good, something to appreciate, something to savor, something to take in, that's what your moments are about. They're not about justifying your existence. It's justified. You exist. It's not about proving your worthiness. It's done. You're worthy. It's not about achieving success. You never get it done. It's about "How much can this moment deliver to me?" And some of you like them fast, some of you like them slow. No one's taking score. You get to choose. The only measurement is between my desire and my allowing. And your emotions tell you everything about that.

Abraham-Hicks, 4/20/02

At the heart of every condition is a vibrational pattern -- a rather minor tweaking of vibrational patterning (sort of like the hub of a wheel) can affect tremendously out there on the peripheral of this big wheel... A little bit of tweaking on the emotion can make big differences in the way the physical manifestation occurs.

Abraham-Hicks, G-1-29-05

We have to be enough right now. It’s the only logic. What in the world could we do to become enough if we weren’t enough now?!! It doesn’t make any sense.

And in Abe’s terms, we are in the eternal NOW and always expanding, always with new desires so maybe this feeling of not enough comes from our awareness of the vast potential of our being, all these desires flickering and winking like a multitude of stars in a night sky.

And so the answer seems to be to enjoy the smorgasbord, the banquet of possibilities. To come back to myself and walk like a queen amongst the possibilities and say I’d like to sample this to see if I want more and I’ll take one of those and please get one of those for me and load my basket with these and please carry it for me. Thank you! Oh and those look delicious and I think I’ll just sit and bask a moment in all the delightful things I see and just feel satisfied and happy and content. Now that takes my eye… And I enjoy the banquet: the trees, the flowers, birds, fresh air, breeze on my skin, clouds, storms, gentle warm summer rains, thick snow lining the tree branches, ice glistening on the pond, the sweet ducks and geese and all the birds flying free and the furry animals and those with scales and claws and those beings that swim in the deep waters, feeders of nectar, munchers of fish, furry ones who sleep all winter and those that migrate. Minerals and rocks and mountains and molehills. Gophers and ants and sparrows and ladybugs. I love them all. Beautiful Mother Earth and Father Sky. Kwan Yin, Buddha, Christ, Chief Seattle, Amethyst, guides and teachers. It is my joy to know I am one with you and that there is more, deeper, even more beautiful to come.

The only thing that makes the difference in the way you feel right now is the thought that you are thinking right now. It doesn't matter how much money you've got; there are joyful people with no money, and there are unhappy people with lots of money. How you feel is about how you are allowing the Source that is You to flow. So when we talk about the Art of Allowing, we're talking about the art of living; about the art of thriving; about the art of clarity. We're talking about the art of being who you really are.

Abraham-Hicks, 7/20/02

Get out into the sunlight, out where everything is, with a vibration that is so dominant that those who annoy you, those who don't agree with you, those who make your life feel uncomfortable don't come into your experience, because your vibration, through your practice, has become so clear, so pure, so clean, so in keeping with what you want, that the world that revolves around you just feels like that. That's what you planned.
