Chief Joseph: Into the Light

Sentinels of the Sky -- Weekly Newsletter -- June 20, 2006
Conversations with Chief Joseph and John Cali

John Cali

Most mornings I jog up in the foothills just south of my house. There's a narrow paved trail winding through the silvery sagebrush on the shores of several small sparkling lakes. Up there, I can see the whole valley below me, from the gently rounded Big Horn Mountains on the east to the raw rugged peaks of the Absaroka Mountains on the west. Between the two ranges is a vast, almost empty expanse, populated mostly by wild creatures and just a few humans.

Alongside my jogging trail is a wide variety of plants -- "weeds" to most people. But they're beautiful to me -- silvery sagebrush with its heady aroma after a rain shower, fragrant wild roses dotting the shores of the lakes, dandelions with their lovely golden blooms which turn quickly into puff balls floating off on the spring breezes.

It's a gloriously beautiful little corner of our Mother Earth, a wild and magical place.

And then there are those tiny little weeds whose name I don't know. They somehow push their way up through the pavement on the trail. No other plant out there is that tough. They have always amazed me, as they look so small and fragile.

But they are irresistibly drawn, by whatever forces draw plants, into the light. Nothing can stop them. They are perfect metaphors, I think, for us humans.

Here's Chief Joseph.

Chief Joseph

You have all come from the light, and you will return to the light. You are light. Every living thing is made up of pure light, albeit it in many different physical forms.

What you perceive as darkness (however you define darkness) is simply the absence of light. And it's not even the absence of light, really. You perceive darkness (a.k.a. evil, sin, corruption, etc.) only when you forget who you are.

You were born in and of the light. And you are constantly seeking more light, whether you are consciously aware of it or not.

Every living thing is constantly seeking light -- whether it be plant, animal, or human.

The plants and animals, however, differ in one way from humans. They know they are light, pure energy. They know nothing can keep them from the light, from themselves. Humans often forget that. But, to the plants and animals, there are no obstacles, physical or non-physical. They simply move through whatever is there in front of them, back into the light. And they do so easily and effortlessly.

Just as those little plants John spoke of are constantly seeking the light, knowing nothing can stop them -- so too are you. When you, like them, remember you are light, you are pure energy, you too will move back into the light, into the glorious light of your divine being.

There will be no obstacles. There will be only light.

17 Seconds of Abraham

Because you have come to rely on only your five physical senses, most do not understand that everything is about vibration. The vibration that you interpret as vision, the vibration that you interpret as sound, or the vibrations that you interpret as smell or taste or touch, these are all vibrations that you have learned to translate through your five physical senses. But there are other vibrations that you cannot decipher through those senses. And so, you must use another sense. Some call it your sixth sense; we are calling it your emotional center, that feeling that you get in your solar plexus. Those emotions that you feel are also interpreters of vibration.

Abraham-Hicks

Your Inner Being is always guiding you toward what you are wanting. It is never protecting you from something else.

Abraham-Hicks

Now, how is it that you achieve vibrational harmony with something? Well, you observe it, you contemplate it, you chew on it, you talk about it, you think about, you muse about it, you consider it, you remember it, you stew over it. In other words, by giving your attention to something, if you spend any amount of time in your observation of it, you, within a few seconds, usually 14 or 15 or 16 seconds, begin to achieve vibrational harmony with your object of attention, and once that has been achieved, it is yours.

Abraham-Hicks

In the same way that there is not an instant wanted thing manifesting in your experience, there is not instant unwanted thing happening in your experience. It takes some adapting to vibrations. If you've managed to hold anything, wanted or unwanted, for 17 seconds -- there is a coalescing of thought that takes you a little closer to the vibration of whatever you are turning your attention to. Those 17 second increments, are not discernable. And that's why, when you get into that place, it feels like instant manifestation. Just like when you get into that negative place, it feels like instant manifestation. It's like, "Where did that come from? Seemed like it just sort of snuck up on me," instead of snuck up over a long time.

Abraham-Hicks, From the workshop recording 12/1/01

The only thing that makes the difference in the way you feel right now is the thought that you are thinking right now. It doesn't matter how much money you've got; there are joyful people with no money, and there are unhappy people with lots of money. How you feel is about how you are allowing the Source that is You to flow. So when we talk about the Art of Allowing, we're talking about the art of living; about the art of thriving; about the art of clarity. We're talking about the art of being who you really are.

Abraham-Hicks, 7/20/02

No one can deny you anything. Only you do it through your own contradiction in your own desire. Nothing outside of you is keeping you from what you want. Only your own contradiction within your own vibration.

Abraham-Hicks

Recognize that you have only to state, "I want a new red car," and leave it at that -- not setting forth your counter-creation, your contradictory-creation, your destructive-creation, your anti-creation or your un-creation.Offer only those thoughts and words that are in the direction of what you want.

Abraham-Hicks, From the book: A New Beginning I

You can take your next breath of desire and step into your next place of allowing, and all that you ever had, and ten times more, can be in your experience immediately -- when you accept that you are the asker and the receiver, and the letter-in of all of that.

Abraham-Hicks

In appreciating yourself, you vibrate in harmony with your Core Energy, and when you vibrate in harmony with your Core Energy, you allow that which you are to this physical time and place.

Abraham-Hicks

Relax into your natural Well-being. All is well. (Really it is!) The essence of all that you appreciate is constantly flowing into your reality. As you find more things to appreciate, your state of appreciation opens more avenues to more to feel appreciation for. (As you think you vibrate. As you vibrate you attract.)

Abraham-Hicks

'Know thyself!' and trust that knowledge. If you find a negative subject, you should talk about it until you feel better, rather than just blow the subject off. The idea is that the subject gains momentum as of the last place you left it. Well-being is your natural state.

Abraham-Hicks

Creation isn't forcing or commanding something into existence. It's more of a rolling over, a good stretch, blissing out, lying on the grass watching the flowers blowing in the breeze or the clouds floating by.

Abraham-Hicks

Our strongest wanting for you is that you lighten up. In other words, spend more time looking for things to laugh about and play with. Play your way through this. It really is the key. When you follow your bliss ~ it is always an easy journey.

Abraham-Hicks: Good is ultimately all there is

Enjoy the journey, and if it isn't created today, it is all right -- if it isn't created tomorrow, it is all right. Don't become so fixated upon your ending places that you run through life with your tongue hanging out! Because when you are feeling the lack of time, or the pressure of time, then there is no value.

Abraham-Hicks, 6/7/91

You are always molding yourselves into a better feeling place. And you will never get it done. It will never be completely finished. It will never be absolutely right. You will always have some dominant thoughts that are not a vibrational match to the newfound desire. But that is always what your work is. And it's time for you to just begin relaxing about it, and not make it a personal issue of your own valor, or your own value, or your own integrity. In other words, it's just, how many times have I thought this thought?

Abraham-Hicks, 3/9/01

Somebody comes to you and they're all distraught over some circumstance. And then you look at the circumstance and you try to solve the circumstance. When -- you don't need to solve the circumstance, nor do they! You just need to soothe the way they feel about the circumstance, the circumstance will resolve itself.

Abraham-Hicks

We're not wanting you to ever feel bad about feeling bad. Because we know that feeling bad is always a temporary state of being. Good is ultimately all that is. You say, "Why did I ever let it feel bad?" And we say, we've been wondering the same thing.

Abraham-Hicks, 11/23/02

This is not a haphazard Universe in which you live. It is a very well defined, perfectly organized Universe. Your only work is get in alignment with the perfection of it, which means that you must believe that all is well, and in that moment that you believe that all is well - everything that touches you is well.

Abraham-Hicks, 04/11/92

Many think success means, getting everything I want. And we say, that's what dead is, and there is no such thing as that kind of dead. Success is not being done; not being complete. Success is still dreaming and feeling positive in the unfolding.

How can we have an easier experience?

Comment:

Why is it so hard to accept what we do want? Or to let it in? That's what I'm struggling with lately. As if I'm not good enough or I don't deserve my desire. Crazy I know. Any advice you have would be greatly appreciated. Have a great day!

Reply:

Hi there!

You are a very powerful, deliberate creator who draws the answers you are seeking and the things and experiences you desire to you. When you read it in a book that you are drawn to, you are more likely to realize that you are sourcing that information because you have asked. I just want to make sure that, even though you and I are communicating, that you realize you are sourcing this information now from me, too. Because you have asked, the Universe is sending you the information in many, many delightful ways. I appreciate being one of them! When I saw your question, I asked the Universe what it would like me to say and I will just go with the thoughts that come to me. I really love talking about creating with you and appreciate that you and I have this opportunity to share and discuss this information.

It's my belief that allowing what we desire is the easiest thing we could do because it is natural to us, it is the way the Universe works. It's just that we've picked up beliefs and perceptions from others and our own experience that disallow. Sometimes we've had these beliefs so long that we aren't even aware of the words anymore. It may be so automatic that we just have a feeling and act on it without realizing it.

I hope you realize how powerful your story of finding the $10 bill is. Abraham says it's as easy to create a castle as it is a button, it just depends on our focus. If you're missing a button and your pants are about to fall down, a castle wouldn't do you much good. So, the amount of money you created isn't the issue, it's that you asked and it was given and you accepted it! I think allowing is exactly as easy as that.

Another piece of advice Abraham has is to realize that we never get it done. We always have desires, we can't help it. Our desires are always being brought to us by the Law of Attraction manager, that's how the Universe works. And we are always learning how to allow. And the reason we are always learning to allow is that when we see contrast and have a desire, we are in vibrational alignment with that contrast. Either a little or a lot, we are in vibration with what we don't want. That's why it is contrast to us. So, our work is to find our way to feeling well-being. When we find that good feeling, the Universe zips what we desire to us. You find a $10 bill on the sidewalk!

In other words, if you are feeling that you aren't doing it right, that's not the truth. You will always have new desires. You are always going to be learning and expanding your awareness.

It's my experience that it's never about what I think I want. What's actually happening is that my desire is about finding my connection to my Inner Being, to well-being. Abe says the only reason we want anything is because we think we will feel good in having it. Well, the reason we feel good is that we are letting ourselves feel connected. We can go straight to feeling good by working on our thinking.

The other element I needed was trust that all I had to do was to do the work to feel good. Trust that I don't even need to worry about what comes to me, that this blazingly loving Universe not only brings me what I need, but things I hadn't thought of that delight me.

My suggestion to you, is to seek ways of feeling good. Abraham has a lot of processes to work your way into a good feeling. Some work for some people, some work for others.

I use a variation of the placemat process a lot. Connee Chandler has a website with very good information on Abraham's processes. whatanicewebsite, Abraham-Hicks Lessons.

I channel for my blog and I also channel for myself.

I ask my Inner Being, "ok, what would you think in this situation?" I've had some amazing experiences with this and, as a matter of fact, used it today.

Something quick is to say "I want to feel good."

I use a technique you wrote about and say "stop it" when there are repetitive unpleasant thoughts. For me, it works best to follow up with positive thoughts. Whatever negative I've been thinking, I choose thoughts that feel better. Or I might ask the Manager for good feeling thoughts about whatever was bugging me and they come to me.

17 seconds of Abraham by Sun Angel. A continuous cycle of Abraham quotes that are on screen for 17 seconds, then replaced.

Abe Quotes. I made this web site my home page.

I call Unity Prayer line. They are very positive and Abish in many of their beliefs. You can just give your first name, there's no pressure. They will send a letter of prayer support if you wish, and in any event, they will pray for 30 days. I called them this evening when I got home because of a voice mail I had. They seem to always say just the right thing. Unity is 1-800-669-7729.

Abraham is working with you. Your guides and teachers are working with you. Your Inner Being is working with you. You have angels that watch over you. All of them are just waiting for you to ask. There is only Love and it is everywhere present, so it is at work whether you ask or not, but asking is a way of allowing. You don't have to do it. You don't have to ask. You ask by your vibration and the Universe answers you. What Abraham is talking about is being a deliberate creator, one who enjoys learning how it works and playing with the ideas and interaction with co-creating.

You are a powerful being that is focused in this body. That's all. Focused. And it is in reaching for the thought that feels good that you align with your own Self. It is the only truth.

My view has become that all of the things in this world are opportunities for us to feel good. When we see something we call contrast and do the work to feel good, we realize we are free. It is kind of like exercise in floating our cork. Once we realize that we are in control of what we think and feel, we don't have to have anything or any one to feel good. Then we are free to really enjoy what comes to us. I hope the bagel you bought with the money you found tasted especially delicious! I love that story.

*************************************************************************************
About struggling: I do that and was thinking about it the other day. It's like wrestling with a shadow. It seemed to me that what was happening was that I was struggling with my own thoughts. It seemed to be something outside of me, but it wasn't. And thinking something positive about the situation and doing some work got me to a better feeling place.

Be easy with yourself. When I first found Abraham I jumped in with all four feet. It was exactly the information I wanted and I was ready to change my whole life. Intense desire meets intense resistance of old beliefs! I love where I'm at now and looking forward to more, but boy, I was on a roller coaster ride emotionally for awhile because I tried to do so much at one time. Abraham says it's easier to take it in stages. That way you can have successes early which help you feel better and accept the information more easily. The speed is your choice about whatever feels best to you. You are so young and doing so well with this information. I am almost twice your age and just found it a couple of years ago. All I can say is "Good for you!"

I'm like you, I blog because it makes me feel good. I like thinking about these ideas and coming to new understanding. I love feeling in control of my experience. I love feeling connected to my Inner Being and Source Energy. I'm enjoying walking with you awhile on our paths of being co-creators. I wish you well and see such good things for you.

Accept what we do want

It's not that we have to struggle to let go of what we don't want, but just to accept what we do want. The money is here. It is.

Abraham-Hicks: I am wanting joyous communication

"I am wanting joyous communication. I am wanting to speak with those beings that are in harmony with who I am, beings who will uplift me. I am wanting a high level of consciousness, for I understand that there are many frivolous beings, and I am not communicating for fun, so much as I am for knowing."

A New Beginning, Volume 1, Page 130, Abraham-Hicks Publication

I was reading a post about relationships in an excellent blog from a fellow reality creationist (Deliberate Creation) and got to thinking about the topic. It's been very interesting to think about relationships in terms of reality creation. Do I create what others say and do? No. Abe says we attract by our vibration. Do I make them say or do things by my vibration? No. I don't have any control over anyone else or any thing, all I have control over is my thoughts and therefore what I feel. So, how do relationships work?

I have a Masters in clinical social work, so my training and personal bias was to tune up to clients and people in my life and support the love that they are so that they would feel better. In some ways that worked for me and in some ways it didn't. Sometimes I tuned into them by hiding my own light because I could tell they didn't like it -- especially with family. Abe specifically talks about that, but I don't have the quote. The essence of it is that when we feel good and they don't, they can't reach our energy and it's irritating to them. But we can take a stand for them in our minds and hearts knowing they are powerful beings of love and that it will be better. They will draw to them people that are in their vibrational range that they can relate to. So, we never have to join them in whatever pit they are in -- jealousy, anger, feeling unworthy.

My understanding now is it's all about feeling good, so if I don't feel good in an interaction with someone, it is my own thinking that is causing the feeling. One thing I'm noticing is that I'm going through a period of time where I feel a little cold emotionally. I don't feel responsible for others thoughts or actions. I don't feel that people need to be fixed. If they don't like what I say or do, I feel some discomfort, but I look at what I said and adjust my behavior if needed. If I feel any discomfort from their facial expression or comments, I work my thinking into a better feeling place. I feel calmer about being who I am no matter where I am with no need to prove or disprove myself. I'm choosing to sit next to and be around people that I really feel drawn to, even if others are indicating they want me to be around them or talk to them. I'm not rude, just choosing. (I work in a place where there are 1,000 to 1,500 people working on multiple changing projects, so there is a lot of interaction at work and breaks.) Whatever I'm wearing is ok. However I look is ok. I'm me. It's a pretty comfortable place to be and right now I'm just observing how this works for me.

I used to do a lot of work in relationships. That was my training -- communication with others. So, when I felt bad about something in a relationship, I did a lot of work to feel better, but would have to work and work because I was always feeling aggravated or irritated or something in relation to someone at some time. (grin) I never did find that peace that I wanted until I found Abe's reality creation information.

So, now it's an interesting thing to just feel good and observe how that works in every area of my life.

I meant to just post the Abe quotes, but started writing my own comments. I just looked at the title I put on in the beginning. What a lovely desire that would be, to want joyous communication. There always did seem so much diversity before and I didn't feel I had control over it. What a thought it is to think that I could attract so much joyous communication that that would be my experience of others. As I write this the thought comes to me that I would be experiencing joyous communication with my self and that is what would be reflected back to me in my interaction with others.

I'm experiencing so much change in my thinking and my life right now, with relationships, I feel like I'm floating and just observing at this point. Just enjoying the lovely folks that come my way. And I'm intrigued by the possibility of so much more.

Abraham-Hicks: You have no responsibility to struggle

You have no responsibility to struggle. None whatsoever. Now, there are many who would say, "Well, Abraham, we sure hope everybody doesn't listen to you because there are a lot of people that do a lot of things that make our society go that do them out of commitment rather than out of joyous impulse." And we say, well, that's unfortunate - it would be wonderful if everything you were doing, you were doing out of joyful impulse. And you say, "But what if everybody woke up tomorrow and just said, 'From now on I'm not gonna do anything I don't feel like doing'?" And we say the world would be a much better place - because more of you would be connected to Source energy, angst would be gone, you would be nicer to each other, you would be locked on to your signal, all of the things you've been asking for the Universe would now find a way to deliver them to you.

If tomorrow everybody could focus upon what makes them lock on to the signal, everything that they have ever wanted would flow to them without any justification.

And now we say to you the most important part of that: not one other has to figure that out in order for you to begin your thriving. Just you.

I discovered that my desire all along has been to be a conscious deliberate creator

It's one thing to read and understand something Abe has said and another to be standing in the midst of your experience and realize the truth of Abe's perspective. My understanding this morning is that it's not the specific experience that's important. It doesn't matter if it's about a job or relationships or cooking or writing a novel or health. Our experiences are all about our relationship to our self and our Inner Being. Through our experiences, we have the opportunity to come to the truth from different angles.

For example, I was thinking this morning about having lots and lots of money and then asked myself why I wanted it. It was to be in control of my life. And I got an insight into something I have been feeling for years, but didn't have the words for. I would have said before that I wanted to live from the inside out. I didn't want to depend on the material world or see it as my source of well-being. There's been something that I have felt, but didn't have words for. Something that I have working for years, maybe all my life, to come into alignment with inside of me.

This morning the clarity was that I have been wanting to be a conscious deliberate creator all this time. And if you ask instead of what, it would be instead of creating by default. I have wanted to be in control of my creating. I've wanted to be in charge of my experience. In finding Abraham's perspective, I've come to understand that I can do this by being in control of my thinking. That wonderful feeling of connection and well-being comes from my thinking. And God takes care of the details in bringing me the experiences I desire.

Since I found Abraham, I have been in a process of letting go of thinking of anything in the outside world as a Source. It is what Abraham has been saying, but it's been a process for me to let go of thinking of a job as the source of money or a relationship as a source of love. For they are not the source of those things. The Source is truly within me and by my thinking, I can join my attention with that Source...I join with the Universe. I stand with the energy of Love that is constantly manifesting these experiences that I desire. It is a difference in perspective, but it feels so much better!

I don't just think and feel, I have an action part in the Now that is manifesting. I'm working on a project scoring standardized tests that requires training. I listen during training. I take the qualifications. I score the papers. I say yes for assignments. I do other things. I submit the job applications. I write the book. Yes, I do take action, but it really is working out better and better when I do the work of choosing thoughts that feel good first and all along the way in the experience -- fine tuning as I go. God really does take care of the rest. God offers the opportunities, provides guidance on the action, and fulfills my desire.

The more in vibrational sync you are with who you really are, then the more you are allowing only those things that you're wanting, and the less resistance there is. And the less resistance there is, then the less delay between the idea of the thought and the receiving of it.

Abraham-Hicks, From the workshop recording 12/1/01

There is no need to struggle to be who we are. We just are. We don't have to prove anything to anyone to be enough. We are enough just as we are. We are lovable enough right now.

There are many roads to happiness and well-being, as many roads as there are people that exist. Each road we choose is valid and filled with joy. Each road. It is just a matter of choosing to see it. And as we choose to see that joy where we are, we begin fine-tuning our desires to more and more joy. We say: I like that and I like more of that please!

You don't have to go the hard way to things, but you do have to go from wherever you are. If one good thing happens today and a hundred bad things, talk about that good thing a thousand times -- and talk not about any of the bad things. Play the good-feeling things over and over in your mind -- emphasize everything that feels good . . .

. . .You've just got to get happy -- that's all it takes.

Everything really is well. What a discovery! It makes exploring life a lot more fun for me and life the adventure it is meant to be.

Abraham-Hicks: Reach for a different thought

You're always getting a perfect vibrational match to what you predominantly give your attention to. But you've got to make the best of it. You've got to vibrate slightly different from where you are if you are going to improve where you are. You can't keep taking score of where your business is or your relationship is, or your body is, without continuing to create it as it is. To make improvement, you've got to reach for a different thought.

Abraham-Hicks, 12/6/03-B

At the heart of every condition is a vibrational pattern -- a rather minor tweaking of vibrational patterning (sort of like the hub of a wheel) can affect tremendously out there on the peripheral of this big wheel... A little bit of tweaking on the emotion can make big differences in the way the physical manifestation occurs.

Feeling good in the midst of change

John Cali

A few weeks ago, my good friend Jim and I were discussing money. Jim (not his real name) soon started talking about his investments.

He was complaining about his investments fluctuating so much over the years. And he started focusing on several times when they had plummeted -- like September 11, 2001. Jim said he lost many thousands of dollars that fateful day.

"But," I replied, "look at all the money you've made over the years. You started out with virtually nothing, and now you're a millionaire!"

Jim, however, wasn't seeing the big picture. He was focusing only on the "down" times or the "bad" days. As the cliche goes, he couldn't see the forest for the trees.

Isn't that the way we often look at our lives? And then we get lost among the trees. We focus on the times when things appeared not to be going our way. And yet, ultimately, things always go our way because well-being is our natural state.

Here's Chief Joseph.

Chief Joseph

Many humans spend many of their waking hours "lost among the trees." We love that title John picked for this week's message.

We realize it's very easy for you -- as individuals, as groups, as governments, etc. -- to get lost in the trees. There is nothing wrong with focusing on the present moment, on the trees right there in front of you. In fact, that is the only way you can fully live your lives. You only live now. Now is all you have. Now is all you ever will have.

But your current now is the result of all the "past nows" you've lived. Every experience you've ever had -- in this lifetime or in any other, perhaps hundreds and thousands of other lifetimes -- is part of this present moment.

You would not be where you are today had it not been for those past experiences. They are a part of you, no matter how negatively or positively you view them -- a necessary part of your "now experience."

And they're all good. They are the trees that make up the your personal and spiritual forest. Some of those trees you probably wish had never grown in your forest. But they did. They are there. And they're all good. All!

What this all comes down to, friends, is trust. Trust in the goodness of the Universe. Trust in the goodness of your higher selves. Trust in the goodness of your human selves.

When you follow your inner guidance, trusting completely, you cannot -- cannot -- ever go astray. Even when you don't follow your inner guidance, you cannot ultimately go astray.

Every "tree" in your "forest" is a good tree. Once you've seen it from that perspective, you will never again be lost among the trees.

Tuesday Evening

I am at a wonderful place!! Circumstances have an appearance that I would have felt much fear about even a few days ago. But today I stand here and say to God, ok, I feel at peace. Despite appearances, I know you are here. I know you have everything planned for me. What's next?

The placemat process is one of my favorite Abraham-Hicks suggestions, and I used that process to give my request to the Law of Attraction Manager. Today when I got home from work, I asked for good feeling thoughts about qualifications tomorrow for the project I'm assigned to and wish to work on, for the move that will take place within a couple of weeks, for movers, and the funds for everything needed. This is really a "jump and the net appears" moment. I have had the desire for so much change and it's occurring. To handle all of it, I stay focused on this day, right Now. I feel like I'm riding on a rubber raft on a river. Just hang on and enjoy the ride.

Abe says when we have something we desire what we always actually want is to feel good. Because our feelings follow our thoughts, when I placemat I ask for good feeling thoughts about whatever it is that I desire. It's more direct than asking for what I desire and helps me understand that my thoughts control my experience. I gain more and more of a feeling of control over how I feel. It gets easier to float my cork in the midst of contrast. A placemat example would be: Manager, give me good feeling thoughts about the qualifications tomorrow. Or I might give negative feelings to the Manager and just say that I want to feel good and ask the manager to take care of it for me.

Because I'm not waiting on some "thing" to feel good, but have asked for good feeling thoughts, the Manager sends the guidance very quickly. Sometimes within a minute or two. This time I was guided to lean back and channel for myself. The guidance asked me specifically what I wanted and I gave it. I was given a segment of information, but since I wasn't writing it down I don't remember it all right now. I do remember that they said several times to "let it play out. Stay calm and let it play out. Everything is worked out. Just let it play out." So, that's what I am doing. I want to feel good all the way in this experience of co-creating.

I also opened an email from John Cali, who channels Chief Joseph, and there was the link for the article above by Chief Joseph. I'm awed at the thought of all of those lifetimes bringing me to this place. And I love the reminder to trust. Trust in the goodness of the Universe. Trust in the goodness of your higher selves. Trust in the goodness of your human selves. Just trust. From this article, I have an expanded perspective on the events that are taking place. Putting them in the perspective of even this lifetime, they are minor. I also really enjoy that feeling that Source knows what I am looking for and has guided me to Chief Joseph and John who were talking about money --- the area that I have been wanting to feel well-being about.

This experience I am having right now is in response to my desire to create a life I love and enjoy, to take care of myself comfortably in every way, and to remember that I am a powerful, loving co-creator. There is the appearance of much change in my life, the old has dissolved. I'm literally putting much of the past in my car and taking it to the thrift store, throwing it away, giving it to friends and family, or selling it -- that's the things. I'm also changing my thinking as I go through this -- learning more each day.

Abe says that when we choose to feel better, it will get better. So, no matter what...it will get better because I am choosing to trust and feel good. I feel curious and excited to see what Source has in store. And there are so many things I enjoy about this process. I love learning more about how reality creation works. I prefer so much more being comfortable, calm and peaceful, asking for guidance, following it, and having that feeling of connection and companionship with my Inner Being, Guides and Teachers, Abe and All That Is, rather than worrying and trying to "fix" things and try to stay ahead of what would have appeared to be going wrong in the past. Now I understand that it is just the old dissolving and that creating reality means standing in the midst of it and seeking thoughts of well-being without seeing or knowing where the expression of well-being is coming from -- just trusting. As I do this, the door opens that is waiting for me and as I walk through that one...and trust...the next door opens...and so on.

Marianne Williamson wrote the loveliest abundance prayer, so for your pleasure, here is my gift to you...

May you be financially blessed today. May the Universe open up and pour out a blessing, that you will not have room enough...to receive it all. May you be blessed exceedingly... abundantly...above all you could ever hope for. May you be blessed in such a way, that you will walk in a financial overflow for the rest of your days. And may you be blessed with the Divine Guidance to use this abundance for the highest good. In the name of all that is Good.

Amen...So Be It... And So It Is

The Manager:

Think of this random Universe where everything is possible. The organizational skills belong to Law of Attraction. If you will relax and allow Law of Attraction to do the organization, the managing, then you can spend your time doing the things that please you.

Abraham-Hicks, 9/21/02

When I write a request, it may just be to the Manager, but sometimes I inlude any other non-physical presence I desire connecting with: Jesus, God Goddess All That Is, Abe, Mother Father God, my guides and teachers, my Inner Being or others. I just write my request in the way that is comforting to me and feels good.

Abraham-Hicks: You exist in a place of absolute Well-being

Friends, there is absolutely nothing in this Universe to be guarded against. You exist as beings that vibrate in a place of absolute Well-being. Tell yourself that again and again. Know it. Feel it. Allow it! Be the evidence of it! Be the evidence of it for others — so that they will know it a little more, and trust it a little more. Let your life be the one life that is not out of control, so that you can give one other person the reason to believe that all can be well.

Abraham-Hicks, 2/1/92

Just love everybody that interacts with you no matter how personally, or how peripherally, involved with you they are. The efficiency of the people who deal with you... everything is orchestrated by the manager called Law of Attraction. And your vibration is setting all of it into motion. Everything affecting you is a reflection of the vibration that you are emitting. Spend more time focused upon your dream than upon the reality. The reality gives birth to the dream -- but the dream is where you are wanting to put your attention.

Abraham-Hicks: The Universe says Yes

You say, "May I have..." or, "I would really like to have..." or, "What I really want is..." and you can name anything under the sun that you can conjure, and the Universe calmly says, "Here it is," because it is known by All-That-Is that anything that you desire -- can be. So, "Yes, here it is."

Abraham-Hicks: When you feel your connection, you never again feel incapable or alone

We are wanting you to understand who you are and why you are here. And we are very much wanting you to "feel" your connection with your Inner Being, because when you make that connection, never again do you feel insecure or fearful or unable or incapable or alone. Once you make that connectedness with who you are, then you can get down to the business of doing and being and having that which you've come forth into this physical experience — to be and do and have.

Abraham-Hicks: Finding Balance in the Positive Feelings

If you were to stay on a pitch of excitement it would wear you out, and so many of you vacillate back and forth from positive to negative because you don’t want to be worn out. But we say you can vacillate in your range of positive energy from ecstasy to peacefulness, from exhilaration to joy, from out of your mind outrageous orgasmic enthusiasm for life, to subtle appreciation of life. But you never have to fall onto the negative side of the equation in order to find that balance you see. You can find perfect balance all within the positive range of things.

My perspective is changing. I feel better and more in the Now.

Your life is right now! It's not later! It's not in that time of retirement. It's not when the lover gets here. It's not when you've moved into the new house. It's not when you get the better job. Your life is right now. It will always be right now. You might as well decide to start enjoying your life right now, because it's not ever going to get better than right now until it gets better right now!

Abraham-Hicks, From the workshop recording 5/11/02

What you're beginning to understand is that first of all -- all things are possible, everything that you can flow Energy toward, you vibrate with and you attract the physical tangible proof of it. Then you come to the place that you have really intended to be, you come to the place of saying -- What do I choose to give my attention to? What part of this immense spectrum of possible thought am I wanting to contribute to?

Abraham-Hicks, From the workshop recording 9/5/93

I'm experiencing reality changing in a broad sense. My perspective has changed. I have come to understand that I really, truly do want to feel good. I could have lots of money and worry about lack, I've done it before. Now I understand that what I really want is to feel good and the money or whatever I want will be there. My experience of life is changing rapidly every day as I apply this to circumstances. Last Friday there were so many circumstances that I could have looked at with fear--it was so exaggerated that it was almost funny.

So, it seems to me that reality is different for me because I'm feeling grounded in good feelings now -- it's starting to feel natural to feel good and mine, not due to something happening that I like or wanted. I love feeling that it's under my control.

And it's so interesting to be in the midst of something that would have upset me at one time...like rumors all day at work...to not feel as good and then work my way into feeling better. I noticed that when I worried about work, then I worried about my car and other things going on. Abe says that Law of Attraction brings us the thoughts that match what we are thinking -- brings us more of them. So, sometimes I caught my thoughts pretty quickly, but when I didn't, I noticed I could spiral down without really realizing it until I noticed the irritation or worry or whatever unpleasant feeling I was having. Then I could work my way back into good feelings.

I feel more present-oriented than I did before, more in the Now. It's getting easier and easier to give the details of what I desire to God and to concentrate on feeling good.

I enjoy the way Bashar talks about reality -- where everything is possible and I choose what I will see. I like the idea of the Universe arranging itself before me in a magnificent buffet of everything that I could possibly want and being able to choose whatever I want.

I'm disengaging my beliefs from seeing the material world as the source (like my job as the source of money) and seeing All That Is as the Source while I am having an experience (like being at work with rumors flying). It's a change in perspective. I'm in the world, but the way I see myself in relationship has changed. And of course, the other part is that I'm choosing it consciously. Abe says that's the fun of deliberate reality creation -- to have that exhilarating feeling of connection with Source Energy as we choose our thoughts to feel good and then the fun of enjoying our fulfilled desire.

This is when it really starts getting fun!
